Banner Solutions will accept returns for stocked material within 60 days of the date of the original invoice. Return requests can be made through our website, via our customer service department by emailing customerservice@bannersolutions.com or by calling our toll-free number (888-362-0750) and speaking to a customer service representative.
A Return Material Authorization or “RMA” must be generated in advance of all returns. RMAs are valid for 45 days from the date of issue. Any material received without an RMA or with an expired RMA will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Banner Solutions will accept returns for stocked material only. All factory and special ordered materials are not eligible for return. Safes, key machines, programmers, software, and some electronic products are final sale only and not eligible for return. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Approved returns are subject to a standard 25% restocking fee and must be shipped at the customer’s expense to an approved location. Returns will only be accepted and processed at our Grand Prairie, Texas locations.
Shipping labels will not be provided for standard customer return requests. It is highly recommended that return shipments be made via ground parcel service and insured by the sender. Banner Solutions is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
Return authorizations do not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Credit will only be issued for merchandise returned in brand new, resalable condition. Credit will not be issued for any original shipping or handling charges. Merchandise should be in its original factory cartons/packaging and free of damage or markings. Material that is not returned in resalable condition will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Warranty claims and returns for defective material will be processed in accordance with manufacturer-specified policies. Products are warranted solely by the manufacturers and are subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. Manufacturers policies are typically published and visible on their respective websites or through printed and/or digital catalogs. Shipping labels and freight credits for warranty claims are also subject to manufacturer-specific policies and will be provided by, and at the discretion of each manufacturer.
Prepaid Freight Minimum for Online Orders: BannerSolutions.com (online) orders totaling $300 net and up, will qualify for Free Freight via FedEx Ground Service within the continental United States Only. Some exclusions apply.
Flat Freight for Online Orders: Online orders below $300 net will be charged a Flat Rate of $20.00 per order via FedEx Ground Service. The online flat rate does not apply to offline orders. Some exclusions apply.
Non-Stock Items: Non-Stock items are considered special in nature and are not covered by any freight threshold policy. Any order for a non-stock item should have the Freight Code changed to OUTBOUND regardless of whether the item is being backordered into stock or shipped direct from the factory.
Expedited/Alternative Services: Air shipments and expedited services are not covered by the standard freight policies. Customers who wish to utilize other carrier services, do so at their own cost and subject to the designated carrier's rates.
Oversize Item Charge: All oversize items (as defined by FedEx) are subject to an Oversize Item Charge of $249.00. To make sure our customers are aware of when and where this charge will apply, our technical sales team will communicate any oversize items during the order process and our website will denote these items on the product details and checkout pages.
Oversize Standards: As defined by FedEx, a package weighing 150 lbs. (68 kg) or more and measuring greater than 130 inches (330 cm) in combined length and girth will be classified by FedEx Ground as an “Oversize” package. All packages must have a combined length and girth of no more than 165 inches (419 cm). These products are noted as such on the Product Detail pages throughout our site.
All requests for cancellations of orders must be confirmed in writing by Banner Solutions and may be cancelled only prior to shipment. Cancellation of factory-ordered Product, whether shipped or not, will be determined by the manufacturer of the Product and is subject to penalties or fees.
Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice, upon approval of credit by Banner Solutions. No shipments will be made unless your account is current. All C.O.D. shipments exceeding $2,000 will be shipped C.O.D. CASHIER's CHECK. We accept Master Card, Visa, or American Express on all material purchased at standard book pricing.
